　　我的筆友叫 Krevour，是一位9歲的小男孩，住在 Kansas。他的媽媽開了一家咖啡廳，他平常跟媽媽和外婆住在一起，假期則會到爸爸家住。Krevour 也常常幫忙家裡的農場工作，他們家的農場有好多動物，像是羊和牛，我好羨慕！他還曾經寄給我一張妹妹抱著小羊的照片，小羊看起來非常可愛又溫馴。他說他的媽媽很能幹，會做很多事情，還把媽媽的 Facebook 分享給我，讓我可以更了解他的生活。我看到好多看起來很好吃的點心，像是我從來沒有吃過的櫻桃派，而且客人的留言也都說很喜歡他們家的食物。我們還有一個共通點，就是他喜歡玩電動玩具，我也很喜歡。

　　Krevour 在6月1日就開始放暑假了，真好！他的家人也幫他計畫了好幾個地方可以去度假。我也告訴他我們去非洲旅遊、看野生動物的經驗，他很羨慕我。我希望他有一天也可以到非洲，看看大自然和野生動物，享受非洲美麗的風光。

　　Krevour 在學校學習英文、數學、科學、社會、藝術、音樂和體育。我發現自己在臺灣比他多學了英文。Krevour 的學校有好多學生，共有350人，比我的學校多很多，我們學校只有13個學生。

　　我告訴他我們是去年颱風的受災戶，他十分關心，讓我覺得很感動。Kansas 和臺灣一樣，也會遇到天災，不久前還發生了龍捲風，學校提前放假，讓大家回家一起防災。我們在臺灣也會遇到颱風和地震，去年的楊柳颱風摧毀了我們的牧場，所以我們需要重建。我也和 Krevour 分享媽媽帶我們去廈門看太陽能支架和案場，以及一起吃美食的照片。

　　如果有一天 Krevour 來亞洲，我希望可以和他一起吃臺灣料理。我希望我們可以一直當永遠的朋友！

My pen pal's name is Krevour. He is a nine-year-old boy who lives in Kansas. His mother runs a café, and he usually lives with his mother and grandmother. During holidays, he stays at his father's house. Krevour also often helps with the work on his family's farm. They have many animals on the farm, such as sheep and cows. I am so jealous! He once sent me a photo of his little sister holding a lamb. The lamb looked very cute and gentle.

He told me that his mother is very talented and can do many things. He also shared his mother's Facebook page with me so that I could learn more about his life. I saw many delicious-looking snacks, such as cherry pie, which I had never tried before. Many customers also left comments saying that they really liked the food at their café. We also have something in common: he likes playing video games, and I do too!

Krevour started his summer vacation on June 1. That's so nice! His family also planned several places for him to visit during his vacation. I told him about my experience traveling to Africa and seeing wild animals, and he was very jealous of me. I hope that one day he can also visit Africa, see nature and wild animals, and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

At school, Krevour studies English, math, science, social studies, art, music, and physical education. I found out that I study one more English class in Taiwan than he does. Krevour's school has many students, with a total of 350 students, which is much more than my school. There are only 13 students at my school.

I told him that our family was affected by last year's typhoon. He was very concerned about us, which really touched me. Kansas and Taiwan both experience natural disasters. Not long ago, there was a tornado in Kansas, and his school closed early so everyone could go home and prepare for the disaster. In Taiwan, we also have typhoons and earthquakes. Last year's Typhoon Yangliu destroyed our farm, so we need to rebuild it. I also shared photos with Krevour of my mom taking us to Xiamen to see solar panel structures and solar power sites, as well as photos of the delicious food we ate there.

If Krevour ever comes to Asia, I hope I can eat Taiwanese food with him. I hope we can be friends forever!
