At first, I found it difficult to actively participate in lectures and understand the context, but as time went on, I gathered my courage and asked others to translate for me. Everyone was really nice and willing to help me understand what was discussed.

My group, Fire Extinguisher, was really supportive, and I was able to contribute to mind-mapping after some classes.

I think Leadership camp is a great program, and I’m sad that there isn’t a camp like this in Estonia. The leadership skills taught here are valuable both as a leader and a follower, as understanding others and communicating your thoughts clearly are always important.

I was pleasantly surprised by how hard-working everyone was, how well-organized the event was, and how wholeheartedly the participants always did their assignments.

I hope everyone can see the value of this amazing event.

　　一開始，我覺得在課堂中很難主動參與，也很難理解課程內容，但隨著時間推進，我終於鼓起勇氣請其他人幫我翻譯。大家都非常友善，也願意協助我理解課堂中討論的內容。我的組別「滅火器」非常支持我，讓我在幾堂課後也能開始參與心智圖的討論。

　　我覺得領袖營是一個很棒的活動，也覺得愛沙尼亞沒有類似的營隊很可惜。不論是作為領導者或追隨者，「領導力」都是非常重要能力，因為理解他人與清楚表達自己的想法永遠都很重要。

　　大家的努力、良好的活動安排及規劃，以及每位學員全心投入完成任務的態度，都讓我又驚喜又感動。我希望每個人都能看見這個活動的價值。
