4-H Taiwan will host the 4th Global 4-H Network Summit at The Grand Hotel Taipei from November 2 to 6, 2026. It is the first time Taiwan has hosted a global 4-H gathering, bringing together more than a hundred 4-H members, volunteer leaders and Extension professionals from over ten countries across Asia, Africa, Europe and the Americas.

This year's theme is BEYOND READY ‧ LEAD BEYOND. We hope everyone leaves Taipei not only ready for the future, but ready to lead it.

Five days of programs include:

• Keynotes: Vincent Lin, Chief Secretary of Taiwan's Ministry of Agriculture, on Taiwan's agriculture today; and Dr. Lisa Bouillion Diaz, Director of the National 4-H Beyond Ready Initiative, on the ideas and progress behind Beyond Ready.
• Workshops led by Extension specialists from The Ohio State University, Texas A&M University and other institutions, together with Taiwanese speakers, on AI in youth development, the Essential Elements of 4-H youth development, youth leadership, youth ambassadorship, and Taiwan 4-H and the SDGs.
• Project presentations and a poster exhibition featuring 4-H work from around the world.
• Field visits around Taipei and northern Taiwan: agriculture, local 4-H clubs and culture.
• Farewell Dinner & Culture Night, with performances by the delegations.

Organized by 4-H Taiwan with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture, and co-organized with the Global 4-H Network.
