Introduction to the International Four-H Youth Exchange(IFYE) Program

The International Four-H Youth Exchange program is one of the most important programs of the 4-H Clubs. It was first organized with the United States in 1957 to promote international rural youth exchange. Since then, we have been selecting outstanding 4-H members, volunteer, coordinator and outstanding young farmers to go abroad for exchange visits every year to improve the quality of rural youths, increase their knowledge and cultivate their international perspective, in addition to observing agricultural production techniques, farm management concepts and experiencing each other's life and culture.

Currently, eleven countries are participating in the exchange program with Taiwan
